Pros

- decent pay for not super intensive work - Great upper management and future employment opportunities - good hands on experience - good insurance

Cons

- repetitive and non stimulating after a few months - pay increases aren't guaranteed annually

Pros

Started off being a great place to work (under CEO Jim Dixon) but 5 CEO's later, all things good disappeared.

Cons

Not a trustworthy company, they love to withhold raises (one guy I worked with went ELEVEN YEARS without a raise!)
