Pros

a paycheck....meager at best...below 30% of market value

Cons

ZERO merit increases in 5 years - Jim Dixon even sends an email to the company telling you to be happy having a job. Required biometric health screening so the insurance company and employer can know your weight, BMI, blood results, urine results pre-existing medical history. Don't want to give it up? pay a $30/per paycheck surcharge in addition to your steep healthcare costs. You smoke? add $30 more in surcharges. Zero advancement - They lose the contract, you lose a job. Promotion? dream on. Highest turnover rate I've ever seen. As soon as a good tech gets a better understanding of who CompuCom is, they quit in droves. Minimal retention rate, and those left should have never been there in the first place. You are a drone, worker bee, trench digger, and will not aspire to become anything else. You want a raise? Find another employer.

Pros

Good for entry-level IT grads. A good library of courses and training for CompTIA and Microsoft certs.

Cons

Managers are light-weights and lack professional acumen. They coddle sub-par techs while hammering good ones. Butt kissers are routinely given special treatment at the expense of the rest of the team and everyone knows it.

Pros

Higher PTO than industry average. Benefits solidly "average", but types of benefits are comprehensive. A number of corporate partner discounts available for employees. Fairly extensive online training resources for employees for things like certifications.

Cons

If you're a temp-to-hire employee you get nothing from the listed Pros at all until you're hired. Chances of being hired out of temp-to-hire fairly low. Base pay is low-to-average; non-advancement raises or annual bonuses after you're hired are nonexistent(a new reason is cited every year, guess-the-reason is something of an internal office game). Depending on the contract you are hired into, training in specific client systems may be scant. Company is deathly afraid of overtime pay, so if you're hourly you're highly unlikely to get overtime, however if you're salaried you better believe they know they don't have to pay you overtime.
