Fun but frustrating

Pros

Excellent benefits including PTO and personal time, ability to work from home, access to free training, ability to manage own work

Cons

Pay is not commiserate with experience, confusing job responsibilties, poor documentation, focused on selling and not on customer service.

Pros

Maybe as a first step into IT. Get in and get out!

Cons

Horrible conditions. If they see you are able to work hard and know what you are doing they will take advantage in any way they can. It is a sink or swim job in the field. Lots of OT without getting paid for it. They expect you to lie to the customers so if you are against this perhaps they are not the company for you! They just lost a major account and will lose more. Caution!!!
