Pros

With this company there are none.

Cons

Very low pay, no yearly raises, bottom of the barrel health benefits, no advancement, no real training, overworked and stressed to the max, no set territories so you're driving everywhere over their so called "50 mile radius", on call and working weekends. No documentation to help with projects or people to contact when assistance is needed, they basically leaving you hanging out to dry. They're quick to let it be known throughout the company that you've made a mistake but never congratulate you on a tough case. Management barks orders that you have to do or they make it known that you can be replaced. This company is not family friendly, regardless of your ailment, home life or family situation. I would never recommend anyone work for this place, not even to get your foot in the door because it will sour you enough to go back to school to get a different degree. What good employees are still left are lumped up with the slacker ones.

Pros

I got to do a lot of travel around the local area and enjoyed the work. Got to work from home with a flexible schedule. Drove my own vehicle.

Cons

They deducted up to an hour a day of your pay because they didn't pay for your first or last trip of the day. For example if you drove 1/2 hour from your home to the first customer location and then went to other customers throughout the day and then drove 1/2 hour home from the last customer you didn't get paid for your travel time on the first and last trip. It was bad if you only had one customer and only spent a few minutes there, as you might only get 15 minutes pay when you had really worked an hour and 15 minutes. Also, they deduct $6.85 of your vehicle mileage rate pe day. So, you might work that time and be in the hole once you consider the wear and tear on your vehicle.

Pros

6.667 hrs of pto gained a month, i think. 14.42 and hr. 43 cents a mile minus 15 miles a day and 30 mins of actual time deducted a day to simulate the 15 miles. If i contribute $200 to my IRA the company puts in a crappy $20 or less. You must perform being "on call" for 1 week out of the month which lasts for 7 days straight M-S and it starts at 5pm and ends at 8am, in which your regular workday starts. You receive a lousy $100 bonus for this plus any hrs you work.

Cons

Mediocre pay at best. Very low micro mgmt which is good. They also don't seem to wanna follow the contract you will sign showing your work hrs between 8-5pm. Being that they give you cases that start at 6am or at 8pm.
