Pros

None other that PTO time that is usable and flexable if you have a good manager. To my knowlege, this is few and far between. Luckly, I have a good one.

Pros

Multiple accounts in differing geographical regions give you some options as far as mobility is concerned. If you want to skate by, this is your place.

Cons

This company is consistenly in the lower third of pay scales, regardless of position. They will keep underperforming employees just to maintain consistent customer billing (thus, putting undue pressure upon those who must take up the slack for their peers).
