Pros

You can get experience on your resume, benefits are par, especially if you have not had any, doing contract work, etc......If you dont rock the boat you are pretty much left alone

Cons

No raises,long weeks, weekends, the field techs bring in money and management doesn't recognize that, they are too busy patting each other on the back There is little support if you get in a jam

Excellent benefits including PTO and personal time, ability to work from home, access to free training, ability to manage own work

Cons

Pay is not commiserate with experience, confusing job responsibilties, poor documentation, focused on selling and not on customer service.
