Pros

Decent pay, IT experience gained, pay check, really that's all

Cons

Managers gossip about employees and complain when students are hired instead of "professionals" very discouraging hearing a manager talk down about a co-worker pursuing education and not being able to work overtime anytime.

Pros

The company paid for certification testing, the company encouraged employees to be healthy and provided help to get healthy.

Cons

Service desk was moved to Canada. As a result, thousands of employees lost their jobs. The severance package was a joke.

Pros

Fortunate enough to have the best manager Great benefits, customer service rewards, and bonuses. Great training and diverse opportunities.

Cons

The best manager left in 2015. Fast downhill after that. All rules ignored.
