The environment was excellent. I had a chance to work with excellent people and everyone on the team worked well together.

Cons

Only received 1 raise since working for Compucom for 10 years and only 4 bonuses. Management did not help in promoting growth. High turnover.

Pay is low, managers aren't well trained, company doesn't effectively communicate things to employees, some managers tend to make up the rules as they go

Pros

CompuCom offers great benefits and assistance to help people who want to obtain IT certifications. They also have a great PTO system.

Cons

Management is constantly changing. In my three+ years with the company, I've been under three different managers. There is no potential for moving out of current roles are positions are never posted. Instead promotional positions are simply offered to people so that they don't have to pay them what the new position entails.
