The previous management was good I've joined in this company in 2012 which was good time and had nice management, but with-in some time since the management changed in couple of months, this company becomes a nightmare.

Cons

No career growth Too much politics Managers are pathetic, most of them are unprofessional and use bad language on the floor especially the South Indian's And Partiality, people get good hikes who doesn't even work and they even becomes leads Hiring less experienced/qualified people with high packages

I have worked with Compucom for 6months , company was good with nice team mates.

Cons

I left the company due to my support timings are only night shifts. There are some people from facility which pretend to be working more.. but lacks with some infra issues..

Received a fair, market rate salary. I was able to learn in big enterprise environment.

Cons

Discriminating environment for the favor of senior guys. Extremely lots of work. Low compensation for on-call and overtime.
