Pros

The company seems to be very family oriented. The benefits are good, the perks are good. Most of the people are genuine. You have free onsite gym access, large cafeteria that serves the majority of the day, some departments offer work from home days via remote access.

Cons

The owners do not seem to be committed since the company is trying to go Public. There has been many management issues and changes. The raises tend to go on FREEZE HOLD more frequently than being issued to hard working individuals.

Pros

When I started here 1.5 years ago the atmosphere was very different. My (then) boss trusted us to do our jobs and it was almost like working for yourself. The benefits are run-of-the-mill. A total of 15 Floating PTO days a year (a like 6 paid holidays). Insurance is just okay, but very expensive if you have a family. Your schedule is semi-flexible (this varies from ODM to ODM). -Pay for certification exams

Cons

Micro-management from direct supervisors. Limited to no career advancement. Company is completely profit driven and as such shows little to no care for employees. 401K "matching" is a joke! It's something like 0.5% There are constant policy / rule changes; I mean several every week. Non of my co-workers or I have plans to stay long term; the culture is that bad.
