Pros
Some of the people are actually good individuals who want to help. That's the only positive I can give them.
Cons
This organization is unfortunately filled with many individuals who are manipulative. There is a lot of work that needs to be done to make this a healthy environment. The company is filled with many angry people for good reason, employees are not treated well, and many individuals make themselves sick trying to meet deadlines. Hard work is not enough here. It is a place where people constantly come and go, and for good reason. If you find yourself here, good luck.
