Pros

Was thankful the paychecks didn't bounce.

Cons

No annual raises, very low pay, benefits are trash, firings and quits happening weekly. No organization or corporate structure, management is desperate and unqualified. Don't work here, people quit a day or two after they get hired on, the rest start looking for other jobs immediately. The service desks are run like ones in undeveloped nations. Internet drops all the time in the entire building, phone lines go offline constantly. Ticket software is trash, freezes/crashes everyday. They have gone thru 5 presidents in the last 5 years. They don't take care of their employees, you will just be a #. They don't even run the heat in the middle of winter or its not working. They won't be around much longer.

Great Work Environment / good short term employer

Cons

during 14 months increased skills from entry to "all", no raise just added to more call queues. inquired about pay increase for responsibility for 3 diff help desks....informed by management "there are no raises...ever"
