Pros

Above average pay for outsourced help desk work. The benefits and company perks are on par with what is common in the technical support field. Within your own team, you're typically treated like family.

Cons

Stats are placed far above customer service. Teams are highly territorial. Upper management is big on oppressive intimidation. Work/life balance is non-existent. Hard work and effort are rarely rewarded.

Pros

Work from home. Good health benefits.

Cons

Very poor pay. Just gave all Field Techs a large pay cut. Almost impossible to get a pay raise no matter how much knowledge or experience. Management treats you like property. Especially in Calif.
