Pros

The previous management was good I've joined in this company in 2012 which was good time and had nice management, but with-in some time since the management changed in couple of months, this company becomes a nightmare.

Cons

No career growth Too much politics Managers are pathetic, most of them are unprofessional and use bad language on the floor especially the South Indian's And Partiality, people get good hikes who doesn't even work and they even becomes leads Hiring less experienced/qualified people with high packages

Great people to work with, and a generally understanding management team. There are always new opportunities, and chances for advancement.

Cons

The turnover rate can be very frightening. Communication with the teams as to what is going on is often minimal at best
