Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

Disrespect for all employees at a basic level. Most employees are working temp to "perm" & perm hardly ever happens. They pay most of their temp to perm employees $10-11/hour which is the absolute bottom of the barrel even in Bentonville, AR. They offer a choice of making $10-11/ hour or for an additional hit of $1.75/hour you can receive medical benefits. When you're making $10-11/hour, paying $1.75/hour for medical benefits is too big a hit for what little pay you're getting so most of the employees don't have any medical benefits. CompuCom is the McDonald's of IT with all the love, caring & pay that McDonald's offers. Most employees flee in horror within days or months of being hired on & rightly so. Stay away if you have any respect for yourself as an individual.

Pros

Good place to get your foot in the IT field door if your just out of school, or in need of a job, but get out as soon as you can!

Cons

Poor pay, no pay increase, very little to no bonuses, HUGE clique within management team. Complaints are either ignored, or turned around to be "your fault". Rewards are geared towards closing the most calls, and making SLA's at all costs, not customer service minded. Work load is so large you have to work on your own time, as overtime is forbidden. Mileage compensation is well below federal standards, not to mention they force you to take "commuting mileage" out even though you work from your "home office". Absolutely no incentive to grow as an employee. Morale is very low.
