Comfortable and stable employer, basic expectations are low.

Cons

Ridiculously low pay compared to other companies. They are really fussy about any expense. And don't even expect to become any raise no matter how hard are you working

Pros

- sick leave for 1-2 days is paid without needing medical leave from the doctor - salary pretty good - you can switch projects and learn a lot of new stuff

Cons

- not a lot of benefits that can be used - meal tickets way behind compared to other companies - old technologies and hard to work if you are on the backend side, on the frontend the things are smoother - a lot of bureaucracy and paper process, didn't expect this from a IT company
