Friendly environment in the Madrid office

Clueless Management. Lying Human Resources. I was hired to do a job and then blocked in every way from doing it. As I pointed out the flaws in the project and suggested ways to improve, I was fired by my manager, who had a huge ego and couldn't take an ounce of criticism. HR and Senior Management (who had previously thanked me for my feedback) didn't even bother to reach out to me to get my side of the story.

Too much bureaucracy

Pros

Offices are beautiful, colleagues are smart, there's little overwork, fringe benefits are OK.

Cons

Bureaucracy is suffocating, managers are obsessed with numbers and reports, and they delegate almost nothing. Costs control is insane, everything is focused to match the quarterly budget, so that to save a buck in the current quarter they don't mind losing 10 in the next quarter.

70% turnover this year. We meet many new styles and diff. People and management structure is currently on the way to get chaotic.

Cons

4 sales managers in 1 yr, 8 GM's in 3 yrs the business isn't what it could be. No bonus is payed to employees.
