Pros
Great co-workers. The team I work on is extremely competitive with each other in an extremely healthy way. This pushes one another to constantly try and do better and brings enjoyment. Unlimited PTO Great work life balance
Cons
Pay. No matter the position the pay will be below what other companies are offering. There are people on other teams that you will have to interact with that care more about semantics/politics than trying to help the customer. Depending on role future growth is limited. If you get hired into a department with higher turnover then you can be put into a more senior position pretty quickly. However, make sure to demand the higher pay.
