Pros

My fellow teammates are the only reason I stayed sane

Cons

Racist, Sexist, Political environment. Meetings of then buying companies and how they made their numbers yet employees go years YEARS without raises and if you get on 2%... They increased the employee contribution to their healthcare plan more than the 2%. Just don't work here with any goal of long term. Learn some skills and find another Company that will actually pay you.

Dear colleague, Thank you for taking the time and reviewing us as an employer. I totally agree with you that the people and the team at CGM are really great. I enjoy working here every day as well! Regarding your other points: We do have a very structured process in place where we review the salaries of the entire organization and make adjust as needed. Obviously, the height of the increase differs sometimes, but overall I do not think we have low salaries. A high average tenure and an attrition rate that is below the comparable industry prove that. You also rated us especially low at DE&I, as well as on culture and values. Sadly, you do not give any reason as to why you chose those ratings. To be clear, we do have an extensive DE&I program in place with a ton of activities and support of an external consultant. Our core values are published, in place and have been practiced for years now. During our quarterly Town Hall meetings, we present a "CoreValues Award" to recognize the employees that are displaying those values in their daily responsibilities. I hope these explanations helped answer some of your concerns. If not, I am more than happy to talk to you in person about these to resolve any issues you might have. Please contact me anytime via phone, Teams, Zoom or E-Mail. You will find my contact details in the address book. Kind regards Alexander Dohrmann Director of Human Resources

Pros

Get to work with people from different countries

Cons

Favoritism. Max salary increase you can get is 5-6% and that's based on performance, so you need to work twice as hard for that. Don't get paid for overtime.
