      Pros

      Travel the world and get exposure to different work cultures. Learn something new everyday and a great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Hostile environment. Management turns a blind eye to difficult personalities. Pile on the hard workers and let the dead beats continue to slack off. Low pay unless you're friendly with the owner and his family.

      Pros

      I've been here for about 20 years now. The people and the work is great. Lots of good projects. The company has had its ups and downs but the turn around as far as employees is extremely low. The pay if fair (not awesome) but fair. What they make up for in salary is a family oriented style of business where you matter!

      Cons

      Fair salary. Not a lot of opportunities for advancement. You can sometimes feel pinned down to a certain tasks for long periods of time.
