Micromanagement in wet process area is overbearing on employees underqualified " working" manager with great work experience is merely a delegator until someone quits or get fired then is forced to work and takes out his home and work frustrations on employees

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, great health care, some of the lower-level managers are very flexible and fantastic at their jobs. Co-workers are generally very nice to work with.

Cons

Upper management of divisions and company does not listen to the low-level employees or managers. Generally the 'good enough for now' approach is pushed from above and a blind eye is turned towards problematic people and situations.
