      Great company, interesting technology

      Pros

      Great place for engineers to work, focus on technology, owned and managed by engineers, always interested in new things. Very interested in advancing employees knowledge.

      Cons

      Requires business attire, no catered food or other new age amenities. Does not allow working from home, although sometimes exceptions are made.

      Great place to broaden your skills

      Pros

      Lots of opprotunity to work with different software groups and learn new skills. Usually free to work on whatever projects are most interesting within your group. If you take advantage of this opportunity, you can learn a lot and get a wide variety of experience.

      Cons

      Information not easily shared between departments. Hardware, software and test group typically operate as distinct units with minimal interaction. This often makes troubleshooting a frustrating experience, and encourages narrow domain knowledge.

      The company seemed ok at first.

      Pros

      The health care is good. They are fair when you need time off. You will always recieve a good performance review.

      Cons

      The pay is low, between 10-20 cents a year raise. Employee saftey is not a priority. Managers are unqualified.
