The best employer of my career
Pros
Management is everything. This management team is dynamic, adaptive, and intelligent. In other words, they treat their employees well, and reward hard work and dedication. I've been in IT for over 25 years, and this place blows every other employer out of the water when it comes to employee appreciation and recognition. They put their money where their mouth is, and I've never worked so hard or felt so loyal to a company as I do to Computacenter. I really feel like a partner in the organization, and my contributions have had a major impact. I have been rewarded and encouraged for my efforts, a dream come true!
Cons
I really have to dig deep to get into the cons, more 401k matching would be fantastic. The benefits are great but a bit costly, still much better than most places.
