Good mentoring and fantastic colleagues. Great interaction with the CEO, good way to get a start in the industry

Cons

Poor management, no direction, no development if you're not in the right place at right time, admin heavy, shocking pay with a review that does not keep up with inflation, blame culture, felt like being back at school

Great bunch of colleagues , some are very supportive however some are arrogant, nice office space both in London & Hatfield. London team is far much relaxed and lively than the Hatfield team.

Cons

Poor leadership and lack of attention to detail from management, lack of support from management and system knowledge and as a result they are constantly always asking staff for assistance on tasks they should be handling.
