Great people, customer focused, lots of opportunities to develop and varied work locations. Really impressive recognition schemes for people outside of sales.

Cons

Too sales focused which leads to a short term focus. Too slow to react to change and there is a focus on saving money in the short term even if it will cost more in the long run

Clear direction for local team and management team aims Realistic financial objectives Willing to invest in IT infrastructure and listen to the staffs requirements.

Cons

Middle Management overstretched which results in focus being to achieve tasks, rather than manage the team. Results are regular inappropriate professional and personal behaviour is over looked for staff desperate to climb the career ladder at any cost.
