The pay wasn't the best, should of been more for the amount of work that was done.

Good work-life balance, low to no overtime

Cons

Very low uncompetitive salaries and benefits package, very political environment, lot of undermining, undeveloped and manual processes. Very limited internal mobility and career opportunities. Very conservative and old fashioned management.
