Pros

The 'salary' is paid reliably on time. 30 days vacation. Unfortunately there are not even enough good things to say about this company to meet the minimum.

Cons

This company seems to take everything that is now unequivocally known about fostering content and productive employees as tips on what not to do. There are no consequences for poor performance and no incentives for good employees to do more than the bare minimum for the pitiful wages they pay. Any employee with a good work ethic and an eye toward improving things will be strung along, lied to and ultimately betrayed by management in the name of exploiting them to their breaking point with nothing by way of meaningful recognition, opportunities or compensation for their efforts; and when they finally break and decide to put their foot down, they are retaliated against by management. Agents unilaterally have a few hours of their pay (illegally) docked every month for "preparation time" while also informally being expected to arrive early enough to have all necessary equipment up and running in time to be on the lines by their shift start on the dot. Team leaders come and go as they please, and seem to spend most of their work time making personal calls, playing on mobiles or scrolling through Facebook. Advancement opportunities are decided by nepotism. There is zero support for further professional development.
