      A good company with good opportunities from entry level up to a point, then it's a case of play the game and wait.

      Pros

      The company is growing fast, lots of entry level opportunities and initial growth for skilled, motivated people. Good job security. Some training.

      Cons

      Non adaptive company. Doing things the same way as 5 years ago. Opportunities become few and far between from mid level as senior people stay put.

      - Easy to apply and get the job, especialy if you speak German - Usual benefits (Medical insurance, etc) - Good atmosphere, except a few accounts/projects

      Cons

      - NO INTERNAL TRAINING, except if you are a New Starter or if you want to be a Team Leader - No language bonus so if you speak a second/third language, keep it quiet as you won't be paid more for your extra skills - Make you work hard, but promotions are really limited
