      Pros

      CC Invest in training and have a well structured new hire induction process Management team provide support and culture is to fix problems rather than find a scapegoat

      Cons

      Not a significant player if your looking to get involved in v.large projects Project & contracted services business is primarily End User focussed You get things done through people to people connections (can be seen as a +ve as well)

      Pros

      I've worked for many outsourcers, and CC ranks right up there with the best. Good management, strong training and visible management from the front. Good range of technologies too and attractive offices.

      Cons

      It's a large company and sometimes fails to react in an agile manner. Office politics plays a part too and not necessarily stopped by managers. Not great at gaining inter-country synergies.

      Learn on the go. Mostly well educated and sympathic collegues.

      Cons

      Some French users' attitude. Lack of information and procedures. Trainings remain obsolete though
