Pros

Some really good customers and projects to work on. Adequate opportunities for training and development. Great access to some amazing vendors and technology. While you need to work hard, you can play hard as well.

Cons

Its a big company with a great deal of politics, so a great deal of corporate culture, process and performance review. You can be highly skilled, motivated and driven, but need someone to sponsor you to get the best work opportunities.

Pros

Good working environment. Good social benefits but very low salaries. Flexible working hours. Some home office and very good possibilities to learn a lot as flat hierarchy and initiative is valued. But don t expect training paid by the company! Only if u are good u can make it otherwise forget it!!!

Cons

Almost all senior management acts very unprofessionally. Lots of changes in the past years!!! 3 GMs in 3 years! Very short term thinking. Middle managers and senior managers are often e highered with very little experience and very low Salaries (market average) and put into positions with great responsabilit, y care about trap!! outcome are serious mistakes which affect staff. Almost no investment in training ex. To become a TL, DM or any other role. No investment in any tools ex Sap, LMS, databases. Type JIRA etc. In many years. Tight resource plan thus lots of burnout cases!!! A lot of competition within same job positions and some very critical employees in middle management that impact on general vibe. Messy... Disorganized..

Pros

Unfortunately I cannot really pass on many true pluses except that the company seemed reasonably positive about training, and I was sent on an interesting course a few weeks after joining.

Cons

Whilst I believe my experience was not entirely typical (due to the nature of what I was doing and where for the company), overall it was probably the worst permanent job experience of my career. I didn't get to do the work I was hired for due to project and organisation issues, incumbent contractors were allowed to hog all the existing systems and interesting work, and I left after 9 months suffering from not having used my skills much. Annual and quarterly review procedures were handled poorly by my manager and this, combined with the situation with the project I had been hired into, culminated in me resigning. Exit HR procedures were also poor in my opinion, including no exit interview. So management outside the project in question have no idea what happened, why, and who was involved.
