Very challenging, very big clients to engage with on a regular basis, a good stepping stone to better opportunities.

Cons

Lack of progression, plenty hard work for little remuneration and a general miserly attitude on things. Not higher management, but the people under them.

Pros

Loads to learn. Lots of great people to work with on various clients and technologies. Very good place to start a career. Possiby the best company for early career development.

Cons

Terrible people management, which has reduced people to clock watchers. The Micro management system used to track time client time, is used as a measn to police employees. people never leave their desks to go outside, as they ahve to accumulate hours inside ine building regardless of twhat they are doing .Any time outside is counted as " not working" or " not at work".

I only worked at CC for a while and was hesitant in joint a large company. However the way that CC was organised within the consulting division made it feel like a small team and worked well for me

Sometimes difficult finding who what to ask for information about internal policies and governance
