      Company that promotes the best and brightest. Thinks about the long and doesn’t chase short term targets. Management of people is to a standard that very few can match in a big business.

      Cons

      Always under price pressures from customers and suppliers which challenges the business. Investors don’t understand how sticky the business is which means share trade at a discount.
