Pros
Some tremendous colleagues work at this great company, it's a really great place to work on the whole. Challenging work, good, can do culture in the main.
Cons
Bit to reactive, and run abd driven almost by sales people. It's annoying they don't recognise people who aren't sales people as well at they do sales. The renumeration is wrong
