Pros

Good locations throughout the US

Cons

Cheap organization except for those at the top. Do not value or treat employees with respect. Their 'Winning Together' values are far from practiced. Lots of non US employees working in US, and they are a rude bunch. Favoritism. HR department is rude.

Pros

Vacation time is competitive and benefits are average

Cons

The US continues to acquire companies which is great, but the transition was poorly managed where the US has lost its identity as Computacenter. If you want to work for Computacenter do not go to the US as its really another company. Leadership is all white men, there is a complete lack of diversity. They lack the inability to make difficult decisions when it impacts another white man, but if they have to make a hard decision when it comes to anyone diverse (women, hispanic, african), they could care less.
