      The role looked promising. . Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      The upper management is not always truthful or forthcoming. They will throw you under the bus to the customer to make themselves look good. They seem to have Bosses as opposed to Leaders. They need better align their staff salaries to the US markets in which they work.

      Nothing - horrible company to work for.

      Cons

      Not the best company to work for since they do not care about their employees. If you do start working for them, be prepared because you will be doing the job of 5 people and they will will run you to the ground with minimum pay. They talk about lots of opportunities - dont bother applying for it. Even if you qualify for the job, they will turn you down because they only do things in their best interest.
