Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to know that you value the work environment for skill development. We appreciate your concerns about salary and promotions, as we understand how important these factors are for your career. At Computacenter, we are dedicated to recognising and rewarding our employees' contributions. To ensure fair compensation, we conduct an annual pay review. During the review process, we take several factors into account: the available budget for salary increases, functional benchmarks including market data and trends, salary history, and comparisons with peers. We also evaluate each individual’s contributions in terms of their impact, achievement of objectives, and behaviours. We believe that when combined, our culture, office environment, salary, and benefits create a competitive offering for our employees. Promotions at Computacenter, like in many organisations, are typically linked to the emergence of new opportunities within the company. For instance, when a team or department expands or undergoes a restructuring, a vacancy is created when someone moves into a new role. Additionally, promotions can occur when an individual is in a department that provides structured development pathways. While promotions may not happen automatically, we are committed to empowering our employees to take charge of their development by maximising the opportunities available within our organisation. This can include not only attending formal training but also acquiring new skills by working in various disciplines within their current business area or by moving to a different area of the company. Our people are also encouraged to arrange a Future Focus meeting with their line manager regularly to discuss their career aspirations, areas for personal development and wellbeing. With this in mind, we encourage you to book a Future Focus meeting with your manager at the earliest opportunity. We wish you all the best and thank you for your contribution to our business.
