On the subject of pay, we believe in recognising people for the contribution they make and doing all we can to reward the efforts of our people. A pay review takes place once a year during which we look at:
- The amount we can pay (the budget)
- Functional benchmarks including market data and trends, salary history, comparison to peers etc.
- An individual’s contribution including contribution to the team, function and Computacenter, achievement of objectives and goals, and behaviours.
With this in mind, we believe that our culture, office environment, salary, and benefits, when considered together provide a competitive offering for our people.
