I never seemed to have much contact with them. A lot of times I had to email them a couple of times with questions. I had much more interface with the company I was contracted out to.

Better pay would be nice. But I suppose they are at the mercy of the contractor. Once one of my contracts ended, I applied for and received unemployment benefits. But later I was told that Computech had denied my claim and that I might have to pay the money back. Apparently, the person over the decision was new and unfamiliar with the circumstances why I should get benefits. My contracted ended and they had no work for me. I was later rehired by computech.
