Pros
- Nice co workers - Lovely team leaders - Monthly competitions with (a few) cool prizes - Pay on time
Cons
- Very, very low wages compared to the amount of work and stress - No career opportunities - No respect for the employees from upper management - You`re supposed to do overtime when asked but when you need a day off... ooooops! "we`re understaffed" - Lousy HR staff - The accountants sometimes "forget" to pay you the night shifts (which are paid 0.25% extra/hr) and the overtime - You`ve got no Christmas, no New Year`s, no Easter, no public holiday whasoever
