Pros
CGS is a results-oriented organization and for this reason if you are willing to do the work you are recognized by both your peers and leadership. Leadership encourages constructive feedback and is open to new ideas. It's refreshing to see a CEO/President who are so involved in the day-to-day operations and take such an interest in the details. The company is financially solid and debt-free. I don't know of many organizations of this size that can say that. This is because of the company's disciplined approach to managing resources, which in this market is a definite plus for job security.
Cons
It's a large organization so communication can be a challenge. The organization could use more structure with respect to management/reporting (which appear to be in the works given the company's growth initiatives so this is good news).
