Decent job for tech support no sales

Pros

They do not have any sales required which was nice cuz a lot of places do require sales while doing technical support these days. Office atmosphere was pretty laid-back management was very easy to deal with my only complaint is it was too far away from myself and the travel did not make it worthwhile for me in the long run.

Cons

typical technical support you sometimes get rude customers but if you know what you're doing and know how to explain things properly then you have nothing to worry about.

Great place to work, employees at all levels willing to help one another, people are easy to work with. The hiring manager was great, and correctly portrait the culture of the company.

Really didn't have any cons to speak of.
