Your feedback is consistent with feedback we received in our recent Great Place to Work survey, in which 88% of employees said that CTG management trusts people to do a good job without watching over their shoulder. Our managers are confident in the professionalism and reliability of CTGers, and that translates into a laidback, yet supportive, atmosphere. In terms of pay, CTG aligns its compensation with the market to ensure competitive wages. Please reach out to your manager to discuss any compensation concerns.

We encourage you to draw on that connection to management to address your salary concerns.
