You mentioned our flexibility, and at CTG, we want employees to be satisfied in both their professional and personal lives. As a result, work/life balance is something we focus on. Our CEO, Filip Gyde, has a mantra, “happy people produce quality work”. We feel people are happiest when they are equally fulfilled at work and at home, without struggling to meet the obligations of each.
