      Pros

      Employees there, with few exceptions, were very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      I have found that upper management does not care about employees. They are cold and aloof while spreading that CA&L is "like a family". Unfortunately after working close with HR and the CEO I have found CA&L to be an unethical employer. The space there is also extremely hard to work in. Many offices and desks are shared. There are about 100 employees and there are 2 tables which seat 8 total in the break room. The break room also shares a scrum table which was frequently used. Please do yourself a favor and work in KC.?

      Pros

      It is a great place for self-starters. Definitely a place to grow. Very agile coding environment. Every is very nice and there is a definite team spirit.

      Cons

      The hours are too much. Space is a little tight and the open work space takes some getting used to. The relationship with the parent company is strained.

      Pros

      No position is 100% set in stone. Everyone contributes where and when possible. Excellent onboarding and camaraderie. Perfect place for self-starters.

      Cons

      Open workspace takes some time to get used to.
