A good place to begin a career in stock transfer

Pros

Friendly people. If you become part of a good team with a good manager like I had, they will support you. The benefits are adequate, particularly time off (vacation, market holidays). 401K, health/dental/vision, etc.

Cons

The pay is lower than competitors. During bad times, expect people to leave and the company to be slow to replace them. Technology/systems are not the best and do not upgrade as quickly as they should, leading to additional work at the same pay scale.

The only thing is the state holidays u get off and paid

Cons

They make it hard for u to get a bonus and raises, they want your calls to be only 7 min tops after that it's an issue, you lucky if u go to ur breaks and lunches on time. You are lucky if the time they give u all up front when u put in when they say cause there is PTO bids if u actually get the time. They upskill you and certain new skills they do not train you they make u teach yourself and not compensated for learning the new skill. Also your calls are record if you accidently say words not bad but certains will cause u to hotline.
