Pros

Remote position. Equipment is provided, There is 6 weeks training. Pto and benefits after 90 days. Manager is very informative. The do offer employee mental health(You will need it)

Cons

Your raises, and bonus are based on your stats(efficiency, adherence, quality). If you do not bring in at least a 3.7 or higher u do not bonus and u do not get a raise. Qa is ridiculous because u could use the resources which is vague as hell and still end up under and in red. You must be a robot to get the green. So if you are starting out and want a start in call center this company is not the place to start. After 6 months you are already training for another split with a company, and if u have finished the training and in another 6 months u could be training for another split even if u haven't gotten the grasp of the one prior, they set up for failure.
