Everything about this job sucks. Constant calls back to back. Callers getting wrong info from previous reps. Supervisor not even knowing the correct info one telling you one thing another telling you something different. Shareholder sends all the required paperwork and then getting it rejected. The employees putting in the rejecting the paperwork don’t put the reason why just one word. Antiquated practices. Even the older shareholders complain about the use of snail mail. No way to upload documents or email. The quality scoring also sucks. You do everything right but forget one thing and they’ll drop your score to 80. Oh and don’t forget the need for the Medallion Signature Guarantee stamp that’s antiquated as well. The Shareholders get so angry because they can’t find anyway to get one. Idk who is running this company but they must be an idiot. Come into the new age already.
