- Flexible work hours - Great Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision Care) - Amazing Staff - Management that 'actually' cares. - Life & Work Balance Philosophy I have been working with Computronix for less than a year and I can confidently say that this is one of the best companies to work for. They have an amazing HR philosophy which helps staff balance their life with their work. People are humble and everyone is willing to help you as long as you ask for it. From the minute I joined Computronix, it felt like family. I despise companies that are based on corporate greed and their bottom line is more important than their employee's lives. I was expecting the same when I joined Computronix but after working here for a few months, I can tell you that this company truly cares for their employees and profits are a secondary thought.

Pros

They have Great People and a Great workplace. The new building is awesome. They were Very supportive of my illness and worked with me on adjusting to the role. They had Decent Pay.

Cons

Some people are hard to work with and they are Disorganized at times. I have heard that it is very hard to advance your career as there is such low turnover with management.
