Great people to work with! Family is important to its leadership. It treats its employees like professionals, knowing that they have their own personal and career growth goals. This company produces innovative products, and puts a premium on quality service for its clients. One of its products even has a place in The Smithsonian. Good benefits.

Cons

If you need a highly structured environment with lots of rules and regulations, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

Flexible Schedules Supervisors and management that genuinely care about the employees working under and for them. Amazing support for training and learning. A company level focus on treating people as people not as numbers. Great social atmosphere, no cubicles with large walls.

Cons

Growing quickly so there are some growing pains resulting from updating policies. Need to improve communication between teams, it can be a bit chaotic at times.
