You are valued for who you are as a person and not just for what you know. They have an amazing sense of community that unites people and the culture together in ways I never imagined were possible in a corporate organization. Did I mention the 2 amazing coffee machines? It's a pleasure waking up everyday to go in to work at a place full of amazing, hardworking, talented people that respect, trust and serve one another, day in and day out.

Computronix really values people - both staff and clients. A good relationship with clients built over many years of successful quality projects means that clients like working with Computronix and projects go smoothly. Computronix has taken great strides to develop staff this past year.

Cons

Because staff have been around for a while, it may be harder to move up.
